This tunnel-type cleaning equipment, integrated with a built-in pure water machine, is specialized for high-efficiency washing of auto components—ideal for engine parts, gears, and brake components. The on-board pure water system (producing 18.2MΩ·cm deionized water) eliminates mineral residues that cause post-cleaning spots, ensuring auto parts meet strict IATF 16949 standards.

Its continuous tunnel design, paired with a stainless steel mesh belt conveyor (adjustable speed 0.8-2.5m/min), enables 550-750 parts/hour throughput—35% faster than batch cleaners. Multi-stage cleaning (high-pressure spray + ultrasonic wash + pure water rinse) dissolves machining oil, grease, and metal shavings thoroughly, while a hot air dry stage leaves parts moisture-free.
