Neutral Degreaser For Cleaning Aluminum Alloys

Product Description

The neutral degreaser for aluminum alloy cleaning is formulated with high-quality and efficient surfactants, penetrants, auxiliaries and special corrosion inhibitors.

Free of phosphorus and nitrogen
Safe for hands and non-corrosive to base materials

Purpose

Specifically designed for high-gloss cleaning of aluminum alloys, preventing corrosion, oxidation, or loss of luster on base materials.

Preparation of Degreasing Solution

Fill degreasing tank with tap water
Add HS-214S cleaning agent
Stir until evenly mixed
Heat to working temperature
Ready for use

Equipment Requirements

Tank construction: PP or stainless steel materials recommended.

Storage Requirements

Store in dry, well-ventilated conditions.

Wastewater Treatment

Requires neutralization treatment prior to discharge.
