Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview

Reducing water usage is a global priority, and our Eco-Friendly Automatic Anodizing Line incorporates a water recycling system to minimize waste. The 11 washing tanks are equipped with a 5μ precision filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) that filters and recycles washing water, reducing fresh water consumption by up to 40%. The recycling system includes sedimentation tanks to remove solids and activated carbon filters to remove organic impurities, ensuring recycled water meets cleaning standards.

The line's classified waste water system separates reusable water (from final washing tanks) for recycling, while non-reusable water is directed to treatment facilities. Energy efficiency is also prioritized with oil-cooled rectifiers (lower power loss) and air-cooled chillers (no water for cooling), further reducing environmental impact. The exhaust system (PP ducts) minimizes airflow resistance, lowering fan energy consumption.

Controlled by Omron PLC, the system monitors water usage and recycling rates in real time, displaying data on the HMI for sustainability tracking. The 21-tank process (degreasing, anodizing, coloring) ensures high-quality results, making this line a cost-effective and eco-friendly choice for manufacturers aiming to meet green certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
