 structural composition :

The cleaning machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic system, cleaning channel, circulating filtration system, transmission mechanism, closed hood, acoustic and light alarm system, electrical control system, tunnel drying and other parts. The whole cleaning part of the machine is fully enclosed structure, see the attached drawings and the following description for the specific structure. The power distribution facilities of the equipment are independent electrical control cabinet.

Equipment description:                                      

This cleaning machine is fully automatic, with the cleaning process controlled by a programmable controller. It consists of a continuous operation system made of stainless steel, including ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, drying, water cutting, and cooling sections. The operator places the workpieces on the hanging conveyor line, which sends them sequentially to each cleaning station. After ultrasonic rinsing and water cutting, the workpieces are dried at the discharge end, completing the cleaning cycle. After cooling, the operator removes the workpieces from the discharge end. The cleaning and drying section of the entire system is designed as a closed chamber structure.
