Anti Oxidation Passivation Agent For Aluminum Zinc And Alloy Materials
Product Features: HS-606 Chromium-Free Passivator
  • Does not contain chromium, lead, cadmium, or mercury
  • Salt spray resistance for over 48 hours with outstanding anti-corrosion ability
  • Simple and convenient operation with no special environmental requirements

Scope of Application

Used for passivation and anti-oxidation treatment of aluminum, zinc, and their alloy materials.

Physical and Chemical Properties
  • Appearance: Colorless and transparent liquid

  • Processing temperature: Room temperature
  • Treatment method: Soaking
  • Usage concentration: 8-10%
  • Processing time: 3 to 5 minutes
Usage Method

After the workpiece undergoes surface adjustment treatment, it can be directly immersed in the working solution of 8-10% HWS-606 chromium-free passivator for 3-5 minutes.

Process Flow

Workpiece to be processed → Degreasing → Rinsing with clean water → Surface conditioning → Passivation → Rinsing with clean water → (Optional) Washing with pure water → Drying or air-drying

Precautions
  • Please thoroughly clean the tank before preparing the bath solution
  • It is best to conduct a salt spray test or let the coating stand for 24 hours after passivation
  • The drying temperature should not exceed 65℃
