Features of the quick color change system:
The quick color change system is a new and economical quick color change system. It takes about 20 minutes to clean the spray booth and complete the color change.
The spray booth system consists of the following parts:
1. Sandwich structure of engineering plastic spray chamber: The spray chamber adopts 120mm sandwich PP engineering plastic plate structure,
2. With self-cleaning function, high separation efficiency of the large cyclone + rear filter secondary recovery system,
Powder bucket powder supply system of cleaning system: negative pressure is completed by connecting with the large cyclone pipe to save powder;
Unique bottom automatic flip structure: ensure uniform and clean negative pressure at the bottom
The bottom of the spray chamber is equipped with automatic cleaning air knife, no residual powder;
The large cyclone hopper adopts integrated powder pump and is easy to clean;
The powder supply center adopts a touch screen digital display control system
