Large Capacity Automated Anodizing Line
Our industrial-grade large capacity anodizing line is engineered for high-volume production and can accommodate oversized workpieces. Featuring an advanced power supply system for stable operation and an efficient electrolyte circulation system for consistent coating quality, this solution is ideal for industrial machinery and equipment surface treatment.
Exhaust Ventilation Treatment System
  • Side-mounted exhaust duct with separate routing for acid, alkali, and chemical waste gases
  • 500mm diameter main exhaust duct with standardized, optimized design
  • Neatly arranged exhaust outlets, branch pipes, and main pipes for excellent performance
  • Air volume control devices on suction branch pipes for consistent suction across production lines
Target System Configuration
This production line includes 7 sets (14 total) of copper flying targets that meet process requirements. The immersion structure and water cathode (positioning saddle) pairing ensures optimal positioning and conduction.
