Micro-arc Oxidation (MAO) / Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) Production Line

This advanced production line utilizes high-voltage plasma discharge in an electrolyte to form durable ceramic-like surface layers on engine components and other metal parts.

Process Technology Overview

Process: High-voltage plasma discharge in electrolyte forming ceramic coatings

Oxide Layer Thickness: 10-100 microns with extreme hardness (800-1,200 HV)

Surface Finish: Matte, rough texture suitable for various metals

Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional performance, even in saltwater environments

Material Compatibility: Works with aluminum, titanium, magnesium and other non-aluminum metals

Additional Benefits: Provides thermal and electrical insulation properties
