Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Engineered for aluminum window and door profile manufacturers, this high-efficiency sulfuric acid anodizing line combines precision surface treatment with automated operation. The system utilizes a 12–24V sulfuric acid electrolyte process to form a 5–25μm corrosion-resistant oxide layer, ideal for tropical climates with high humidity. Its PLC-based automatic control system regulates temperature, voltage, and conveyor speed in real time, minimizing human error and ensuring uniform anodization across varying profile sizes. 9. Water supply and drainage piping system
² All pipelines shall be arranged in accordance with pipeline construction specifications. Drainage pipelines shall be set on the equipment maintenance side, and the design of pipelines shall be convenient for operation and maintenance. Pipelines shall be neatly arranged and beautiful, without running, spouting, dripping or leaking. Valves shall operate flexibly.
² All pipelines shall be installed at the same level, and each main pipe shall be equipped with a main control valve as an emergency control, which shall be flexible in operation.
² The installation position of water supply and drainage main pipelines is selected according to the principle of convenient operation and beautiful layout. High strength corrosion resistant PVC pipes are selected, and the layout is reasonable, which does not affect production and maintenance channels, and is easy to operate and maintain.
² PVC pipes are used for tap water, pure water pipelines, valves and pipeline accessories.
² Each tank is equipped with an independent tap water or pure water filling pipeline according to the process requirements. The inlet pipeline is inserted directly into the middle and lower part of the tank along the tank wall, and the bottom water supply method is adopted. The cleaning water flow is long and the utilization rate is high.
² According to the different properties of wastewater, acid and alkali wastewater, heavy metal wastewater and other wastewater are discharged to the outside of the production line for classified treatment.
² All pipelines are designed to avoid the siphon phenomenon caused by negative pressure.
