The system integrates adaptive cleaning modules—ultrasonic cleaning for aluminum's oily residues and gentle electrolytic cleaning for magnesium's sensitive surfaces—followed by adjustable passivation tanks.

The system switches between chromate conversion (for aluminum) and chromium-free passivation (for magnesium) via PLC-controlled chemical dosing, forming protective films (2-10μm) that resist salt spray for 800+ hours. Featuring quick-change fixtures and anti-cross-contamination design, the line reduces material changeover time by 60%.
