This 3-tank ultrasonic cleaning system (wash/rinse/dry) operates at 40kHz frequency to effectively clean small metal parts. Featuring manual transfer between tanks for batch processing, the system includes 60℃ heating to enhance degreasing performance. The final tank provides hot air drying, making it ideal for screws, nuts, and small hardware components. Effectively removes oil, grease, and debris to boost efficiency in hardware workshops and manufacturing facilities.
