Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment Overview:

This automatic ultrasonic cleaning equipment is tailored for capacitive shells, integrating roller baskets for efficient oil removal and hot wind drying. It uses 28-40kHz ultrasonic waves to penetrate intricate shell structures, dissolving machining oil, fingerprints, and metal particles trapped in crevices.

The roller baskets gently tumble shells, ensuring uniform exposure to ultrasonic energy without damaging delicate surfaces. After cleaning, a 70-80℃ hot wind drying system eliminates moisture, preventing oxidation.

With adjustable basket rotation speed (5-15rpm) and conveyor control, it handles 3000-5000 shells/hour, ideal for capacitive sensor and touch panel shells. Its compact design fits production lines, reducing labor costs by 40% while ensuring consistent cleanliness, critical for maintaining capacitive performance.

General requirements for each section of the Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment:

1. All boxes, valves and necessary tooling are made of stainless steel. SUS304 pipe is used for the pipeline part.

2. The pipeline should be welded as much as possible, and only for the parts that are convenient for machine maintenance and transportation, it is connected by movable detachable connection.

3. Each tank is equipped with a drain port for maintenance and cleaning. The drain port is equipped with a removable stainless steel mesh to prevent parts from falling off or glass from entering the pipe and blocking the pipe.
