This fully automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaner is engineered for high-efficiency bearing cleaning, removing grease, metal shavings, and contaminants from raceways and rolling elements. Operating in a sealed vacuum chamber, it uses food-grade hydrocarbon solvents to dissolve stubborn oils without damaging bearing surfaces or precision.

Equipped with automated loading/unloading, it processes 400-600 bearings/hour (suitable for ball, roller, and needle bearings). The integrated solvent recovery system reuses 95% of solvents, cutting costs. Post-cleaning, a 70℃ hot air drying cycle ensures <0.1% moisture, preventing rust.

Ideal for automotive, aerospace, and industrial bearing manufacturers, it reduces labor by 50% while ensuring ISO 4406 cleanliness standards. Its compact design integrates with production lines, boosting throughput and ensuring bearings perform reliably under high loads.
