The sealed vacuum system utilizes eco-friendly hydrocarbons to effectively dissolve oils, greases, and contaminants from metal components, enhanced by ultrasonic waves (28-40kHz) for thorough cleaning in hard-to-reach crevices.

The integrated drying stage efficiently removes moisture within 3-5 minutes using hot air circulation, ensuring parts are immediately ready for assembly. With a solvent recovery system achieving 96% reuse rate and energy-saving design, operational costs are reduced by up to 45%. PLC-controlled for seamless integration into production lines, this system is ideal for automotive, hardware, and electronics manufacturers requiring high throughput without compromising cleaning quality.
