after-sale service of Full Auto Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaner:
1. term of service
1). The equipment manufacturer shall be responsible for the free repair of the faults occurring during normal operation (the parts, labor costs and transportation costs required for the repair shall be borne by the equipment manufacturer) within a period of one year.
2). When receiving a call from a customer about the failure of the user's equipment, we will immediately communicate with the customer by phone. If the fault cannot be eliminated through telephone communication, we will negotiate with the customer to go to the site for maintenance time according to the emergency situation. In principle, door-to-door service must be provided within 24 hours.
2. During the warranty period, if the following conditions are met, it will not be covered by the warranty and paid maintenance will be carried out
1). Fault caused by fire, earthquake, flood, other natural disasters and local disasters
2). The fault caused by the user arranging other manufacturers or customers to replace and repair the equipment parts without the written consent of the equipment manufacturer, and the fault caused by the customer moving, improper repair or modification after installation;
3). Faults caused by using peripheral equipment such as basket washing and accessories produced by other companies without the written consent of the equipment manufacturer
4). Faults caused by accidents caused by reasons other than this equipment;
5). Fault caused by operation error or human damage
