This specialized flat plate cleaning machine is engineered for optical glass pre-coating preparation, delivering pristine surfaces essential for optimal coating adhesion. The multi-stage cleaning process integrates ultrasonic technology (40-60kHz) with deionized water rinsing to effectively remove dust, fingerprints, and polishing compounds from glass plates up to 1200×800mm.
Featuring soft nylon brushes and precision air knives, the system provides gentle cleaning without surface scratching. A final hot air drying stage (50-60℃) eliminates water spots, achieving 0.1μm-level cleanliness. PLC-controlled for consistent performance, the machine processes 300-500 plates per hour, making it ideal for display glass and optical filter applications.
