ITO Glass Anti-Fingerprint Pure Water Cleaning Machine Overview
This specialized cleaning machine is engineered specifically for indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass, focusing on anti-fingerprint treatment and pure water cleaning. Ultra-soft microfiber roller brushes operating at 0.1-0.2MPa pressure gently remove particles, organic residues, and ion contaminants from ITO surfaces without damaging the delicate conductive layer—critical for touchscreens and display applications.
The system utilizes high-purity deionized water (18.2MΩ*cm) for thorough spray rinsing, while an integrated anti-fingerprint coating module applies a nano-film to repel oils and smudges. A precision air knife system ensures 100% moisture elimination, preventing water spots and ensuring pristine surface quality.
With processing capacity of 300-500 sheets per hour (up to 1500×1200mm), this machine seamlessly integrates into ITO glass production lines. PLC-controlled for precision operation, it delivers pristine, anti-fingerprint ITO surfaces ready for next-stage processing.
