Structure Form	The control cabinet is made of A3 cold rolled plate bending and welding, and the surface is coated after forming; PLC and frequency converter are adopted by Mitsubishi of Japan; The contactor and thermal protection are Schneider; The touch screen is 10 inches, made by Taiwan Weilun; Temperature controller and relay are adopted by Omron of Japan; Other electrical components are made of domestic high-quality brands or imported brands that meet 3C standards.
Safety Protection	One emergency stop switch is installed at each end of the equipment, so that the operation of the equipment can be stopped quickly in case of emergency. The installation position is safe and reasonable, and convenient for operation. All equipment is reliably grounded to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment circuits.
Structure	The operation panel is equipped with a touch screen, and all parameters of the equipment are concentrated on the touch screen. Set the buzzer, and there are three-color working indicator lights on the top of the equipment. If there is any abnormal situation, sound and light alarm will be triggered. The control box is equipped with PLC, relay, air switch and other electrical appliances to control the executive mechanism of each part of the equipment. The wiring is neat and clear, and the line number is clear. The ultrasonic generator is set as an independent box and placed separately on the top of the equipment.
