The HS-6384MFG, a flagship 6-tank automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machine from Dongguan Hongshun Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., is engineered for precision cleaning of zinc-magnesium-aluminum machined parts.

  • Six functional tanks optimized for precision cleaning processes
  • 1# and 2# tanks serve as degassing rough cleaning tanks
  • Constructed from durable SUS304 2mm plates
  • Equipped with 28KHz 4800W three-sided ultrasonic transducers plated with hard chrome
  • 400W variable-frequency oscillation motors for enhanced cleaning
  • Circulation filtration system with Nanfang explosion-proof self-priming pumps
  • 20-inch stainless steel filters with 50μ/20μ precision for impurity removal
