Traditional ion exchange methods require frequent resin regeneration, while modern membrane separation technologies offer more efficient solutions.
Process Technologies for Ultra-pure Water Production
1. Ion Exchange Method: Raw water → Raw water booster pump → Multi-media filter → Activated carbon filter → Water softener → Precision filter → Cation resin filter bed → Mixed bed resin → Microporous filter → Point of use
2. Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis: Raw water → Raw water booster pump → Multi-media filter → Activated carbon filter → Water softener → Precision filter → First-stage RO → pH adjustment → Intermediate tank → Second-stage RO → Purified water tank → Purified water pump → Microporous filter → Point of use
