Each stream is directed to dedicated collection points via corrosion-resistant PVC pipes, facilitating compliance with GB 21900-2008 and EU REACH standards.
  • 21 process tanks including 3 anodizing tanks (15mm PP material) with 25V-3000A oil-cooled rectifiers
  • 4 coloring tanks (3mm 304 stainless steel) with precise temperature control
  • Gantry cranes with ±3mm positioning accuracy (SS body, Italian motors)
  • Air agitation system with 10HP low-pressure blowers and contamination-resistant PP/stainless steel pipes
  • 5μ filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) reduces water usage by 25%
  • PLC control system (Omron CP1L) with remote monitoring and HMI for sustainability tracking
