Product Description
Customizable Automatic Anodizing Line with 4 Coloring Tanks for Aluminum Part Aesthetics
Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview
Our Customizable Automatic Anodizing Line offers versatile coloring options via 4 dedicated coloring tanks for enhanced aluminum component aesthetics. Each 3mm 304 stainless steel tank features steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) and Omron thermostats (±1℃ temperature control) for precise color adjustment - from light pastels to deep blacks - ideal for automotive, architectural, and consumer goods applications.
The 21-tank process begins with chemical degreasing (oil removal) and alkali etching (surface smoothing), followed by 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers) that create a porous oxide film essential for color absorption. Four washing tanks ensure color fastness, preventing fading or peeling. The Omron PLC-controlled system supports custom process recipes with HMI storage for 50 color profiles.
Gantry cranes (±3mm positioning accuracy) ensure even workpiece immersion for uniform coloration. Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials (304 stainless steel, 15mm PP) and featuring an independent exhaust system for fume removal, the line is both durable and safe. A 5μ filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) maintains coloring solution cleanliness for consistent batch results.
