Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Our Heavy-Duty Automatic Anodizing Line is engineered for large aluminum workpieces (max size: 3600×1300×30mm), featuring:
  • SS gantry cranes with Italian "Simik" 2HP brake motors (100kg lifting capacity)
  • Double-axis drive for stable horizontal movement (4-40m/min) with soft landing technology
  • Oversized process tanks: chemical degreasing (800×4000×1600mm, 3mm 304 stainless steel), anodizing (same size, 15mm PP), and coloring tanks
  • Anodizing section with 3 tanks and 25V-3000A rectifiers for uniform surface coverage
  • Reinforced tank structures (A3 steel frames with PP/stainless steel coating)
  • 10HP blower air agitation system with 2" galvanized main tubes
  • PLC control system (Omron CP1L) with HMI displaying load capacity and position data
  • Multiple safety protections: overcurrent protection, collision avoidance, and emergency stop
