Usage Instructions

Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.

Application Fields

Ideal for cleaning polishing wax, grinding fluid, and demoulding agents from various aluminum alloy workpieces. Excellent for machine processing applications including cutting oil, stamping oil, and stretching oil removal. Particularly effective for aluminum alloy mobile phone frames and back panels.
