Die-casting Aluminum Cleaning Agent
This water-based cleaning solution is scientifically formulated with imported surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and additives to effectively remove release agents, oil, oxidation spots, and dust from aluminum surfaces.

Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.
Application Fields
Suitable for demolding agents, emulsions, wire-cutting fluids, tapping and drilling oils, cutting oils, oxide spots, and dust on pure aluminum, aluminum profiles, and cast aluminum surfaces.
