Stainless Steel Passivation Solution

This environmentally friendly stainless steel passivation solution is formulated with organic acids, intermediate auxiliary agents, corrosion inhibitors, and promoters. It is applicable to various stainless steel grades including SS201, 301, 304, 430, and 316.

Product Overview

Our chromium-free passivation solution operates at room temperature, contains no acid-eroding components, and is non-toxic and odorless. It maintains the original appearance and dimensions of workpieces while significantly enhancing salt spray resistance. The formulation complies with current environmental RoHS standards.

Usage Instructions

Immerse clean stainless steel parts in the passivation solution for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely. Avoid stacking parts before they are fully dried. Once completely dry, parts can be stored together.

Application Fields

Suitable for passivation, rust prevention, and salt spray resistance treatment of stainless steel parts including grades 201, 301, 304, 303, 316, 410, 420, 430, 630, 409, 663, 420F, 430F, and 443.
