Product Description

Specialized Activator For Magnesium Alloys Mag-2011

The specialized activator for magnesium alloys, Mag-2011, effectively removes surface oxides and product forming agents from magnesium alloys, achieving thorough surface cleaning and preparation.

Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)

Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
Add 50 kg of Mag-2011 to the chemical tank
Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
Heat to the required operating temperature
Wait until the powder dissolves completely, then start the filtration mixer for stirring

Processing Solution Concentration Determination Method

Take a clean conical flask and add 100ml of pure water
Using a pipette, take 2ml of the activator and add it to the conical flask
Add 2-3 drops of indicator
Titrate with 0.1 mol/l H₂SO₄ standard solution until the solution changes from red to colorless. Record the consumed titration volume (ml) as V pt

Chemical Replenishment

Addition frequency: When alkalinity point is less than 6, add (8.0 - concentration) × tank volume (L) × 0.0125 kg
