Product Description

Special Surface Conditioner For Magnesium Alloys Mag-3011

The special surface conditioner for magnesium alloys, Mag-3011, effectively removes residues left during the activation process, achieving a smooth, white surface finish on magnesium alloy products.

Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)

Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
Add 150 kg of Mag-3011 to the chemical tank
Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
Heat to the required operating temperature

Processing Solution Concentration Determination Method

Take a clean conical flask and add 100ml of pure water
Using a pipette, take 2ml of the surface conditioner and add it to the conical flask
Add 2-3 drops of indicator
Titrate with 0.1 mol/l H₂SO₄ standard solution until the solution changes from red to colorless. Record the consumed titration volume (ml) as V pt

Chemical Replenishment

Addition frequency: When alkalinity point is less than 13, add (14.5 - concentration) × tank volume (L) × 0.01 kg
