The magnesium alloy passivation agent Mag-4011 serves as a film-forming agent that creates a dense protective film on product surfaces, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and improving coating adhesion properties.
Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)
  • Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
  • Add 100 kg of Mag-4011 to the chemical tank
  • Add pure water to reach 1000L total volume
  • Heat to the required operating temperature
  • Start the filtration mixer for stirring
