Product Description
Solid Degreasing Agent AL-102 For Aluminum Materials
AL-102 is a specialized white solid degreasing agent formulated specifically for effective oil removal and degreasing of aluminum materials in industrial applications.

Usage Method
  • Thoroughly clean the processing tank before use
  • For new tanks or production lines: wash with 10% sulfuric acid solution, rinse with water, then add measured AL-102 and required deionized water
  • Operating temperature: 65 ± 5 °C
  • Concentration: 30-50g/L of AL-102
  • Processing time: 3-10 minutes

Processing Solution Concentration Determination
  • Take 10 ml sample solution and add to 250 ml conical flask
  • Add 50 ml distilled water and 3 drops of indicator
  • Titrate with 0.1 mol/L sulfuric acid standard solution until colorless endpoint
  • Base level (pt) = 20 CV
  • V - Volume of standard sulfuric acid solution (ml)
  • C - Concentration of standard sulfuric acid solution (mol/L)
  • Concentration calculation: Concentration (g/L) = 3.1 × Current alkalinity
Chemical Replenishment Guidelines
  • Regularly analyze free alkali solution and replenish degreasing powder promptly
  • Adding 3.1 grams of degreasing powder per liter increases free alkalinity by one degree
  • Replace entire tank when oil contamination becomes saturated to maintain effectiveness
