Integrated Anodizing Machine for Small-Batch Surface Treatment
This integrated small-scale anodizing equipment is specifically designed for prototyping and small-batch production of aluminum alloy products, addressing the challenges of high costs and complexity in traditional anodizing processes.
Compact Design & Key Features
Compact dimensions of 1600mm * 800mm * 1800mm with integrated water chiller system. The equipment includes a precision rectifier for controlling oxidation time and oxide film thickness, along with 8 specialized processing tanks.

Safety Guidelines
  • Ensure proper ventilation in the operating environment
  • Immediately rinse eyes with clean water if contact occurs with oxidizing agents or chemical solutions
  • Exercise caution around high-temperature sealing and chemical polishing tanks to prevent burns
  • Disconnect power supply before maintenance or inspection
  • Disconnect power when machine will be unused for extended periods
Operating Procedure
  • Start refrigeration unit in advance to maintain oxidation tank temperature at 0-5°C
  • Preheat sealing and chemical polishing tanks to 80-100°C
  • Set voltage to 8V using control panel adjustment
  • Configure oxidation time to 15 minutes
  • Select appropriate hanging equipment for product type
  • Follow established processing sequence and timeline
  • Initiate oxidation process via control interface
  • Properly terminate process upon completion
