Industrial cleaning machine is the key auxiliary equipment in manufacturing industry, and its classification and selection directly affect production efficiency and product quality.
Based on core cleaning principles, mainstream equipment can be categorized into two types: Ultrasonic cleaners utilize cavitation effects to treat precision components (e.g., circuit boards, bearings), while spray cleaners are suitable for batch cleaning of automotive parts. By cleaning medium, they can be classified as water-based (environmentally friendly and versatile), solvent-based (strong degreasing), dry ice (zero residue) types, each designed for different workpiece materials and contaminants.
When selecting equipment, three key considerations must be addressed: First, clearly define workpiece characteristics. Metal components may use high-pressure or spray equipment, while plastic or precision parts should prioritize ultrasonic or laser systems. For complex internal cavity components, ultrasonic equipment is mandatory. Second, align production needs with environmental requirements. Small batches should employ semi-automatic benchtop equipment, whereas large-scale operations require fully automatic through-type systems. In regions with strict environmental regulations, solvent-based equipment should be avoided in favor of water-based or dry ice solutions. Third, cost-benefit analysis is essential. Beyond initial purchase costs, operational expenses including water and cleaning agents, along with maintenance complexity, must be considered. For instance, ultrasonic equipment generally requires lower maintenance costs compared to laser systems.
In short, the selection should be based on "workpiece + demand" as the core, and balance the cleaning effect, efficiency and cost to select the appropriate equipment.
