Customizable Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Equipment for Automotive Spare Parts
Overview Of Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Equipment:
Automation & Mechanical Arm System of Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Equipment:
Automation is a defining feature of the HS-6684MFG, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring consistent cleaning quality. The machine uses a load-bearing gantry mechanical arm (1 set) to transport cleaning baskets between tanks. With an effective load capacity of 150kg (including basket weight), the arm is driven by a 400W Mitsubishi/Panasonic servo motor for horizontal movement and a geared motor for lifting. After each tank’s process, the arm lifts the basket for drip-draining, preventing cross-contamination between tanks.
The entire workflow is automated: after manual loading of baskets onto the feeding cart, pressing the start button triggers automatic transport into the machine. The PLC coordinates tank operations—degassing, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuuming, and drying—with each step timed (≥5 minutes per basket, adjustable per product). The discharge process is also automatic: cleaned baskets are moved to the outlet, where a 250W multi-blade fan cools parts before manual unloading.
This automation reduces labor costs and human error. For example, the mechanical arm’s precise positioning (controlled by servo motors) ensures baskets align perfectly with tank inlets, avoiding solvent spills. The touchscreen interface allows operators to set parameters (e.g., ultrasonic power, vacuum time) and monitor real-time data, making it easy to adjust for different part types (e.g., varying zinc-magnesium-aluminum components).
