250℃ Tunnel-type Drying Furnace With Chain Mesh Belt Conveying

Conveying System Specifications

Frame: Constructed with 100×100mm carbon steel square tubes (2.0mm thick), with machine feet welded from 50×100mm and 50×50mm carbon steel tubes (2.0mm thick). Surface finished with off-white baked paint.
Motor: 750W speed reduction motor with 1:60 speed ratio, speed controlled by frequency converter.
Drum Assembly: 6/10 gear system as main/slave force gear with nylon wheel support.
Insulation Section: 1.0mm thick stainless steel plates with 4cm rock wool insulation.
Mesh Section: 6-section large ball carbon steel chain, 1.5mm stainless steel mesh (13mm×20mm grid), and 12mm stainless steel rods with adjustable height cups.
