250℃ Tunnel-type Drying Furnace With Chain Mesh Belt Conveying
High-performance industrial drying furnace designed for continuous processing with precise temperature control and efficient material handling.
Conveying System Specifications
  • Frame Construction: 100×100mm carbon steel square tubes (2.0mm thick) with machine feet welded from 50×100mm and 50×50mm carbon steel tubes (2.0mm thick)
  • Surface Finish: Baked paint in off-white
  • Motor System: 750W speed reduction motor with 1:60 speed ratio, speed controlled by frequency converter
  • Drum Assembly: 6/10 gear system as main and slave force gear with nylon wheel support
  • Insulation Section: 1.0mm thick stainless steel plates with 4cm rock wool insulation
  • Mesh Section: 6-section large ball carbon steel chain, 1.5mm stainless steel mesh (13mm×20mm grid), and 12mm stainless steel rods
  • Support System: Adjustable height cups for precise positioning
