Tunnel Type Cleaning Line Overview:

This tunnel-type cleaning line, equipped with a mesh belt conveyor, redefines industrial cleaning with its fixture-free design, ease of operation, high efficiency, and durability. The mesh belt (stainless steel 304, 5-10mm aperture) smoothly transports parts—from small hardware to medium-sized components—without needing custom fixtures, cutting setup time by 70%.

Its multi-stage cleaning (ultrasonic wash/rinse/dry) removes oils, dust, and residues thoroughly, while the continuous tunnel structure enables 600-800 parts/hour throughput. A 10-inch PLC touchscreen simplifies operation; even new staff master it in 1 hour.

Built with heavy-duty stainless steel frames and corrosion-resistant components, it withstands 24/7 use. A machinery client said, “It runs 3 shifts daily for 2 years with zero major issues.” Ideal for auto, electronics, and hardware factories, it balances efficiency and longevity for long-term production value.


Description of main materials used in the Tunnel Type Cleaning Line:

Ø The equipment frame is made of imported stainless steel square tube and profile.

Ø The equipment tank and chamber are made of imported SUS304L plate with a thickness of 2.5mm respectively. The equipment door panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the front side front panel is transparent tempered glass window with T=5mm.

Ø PLC uses "Mitsubishi" series.

Ø Frequency converter and driver are delta brand; touch screen (10") Taiwan Weilun brand /MCGS

Ø The spray pump is "Southern" stainless steel pump series or the same brand.

Ø SUS nozzle is made of Taiwan "Changyuan" or similar brand.

Ø The drive motor is Taiwan "Yongkun" or equivalent brand

Ø Overload protection clutch adopts Taiwan "Dongyuan" or equivalent brand;

Ø The thermostat adopts Omron or similar brand from Japan;
