Vacuum Degassing Hydrocarbon Cleaner for Complex Blind-Hole Components
Energy Consumption, Installation & Site Requirements for 6-Tank Cleaner:
The HS-6384VHC 6-tank automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaner is designed for industrial efficiency, with transparent energy and consumable requirements. Its average power consumption is 65-70KW/h during normal operation (after reaching set temperatures), with a total installed power of 140KW (3-phase 380V). Compressed air demand is 400 NL/min at 0.4-0.6MPa, used to drive cylinders and pneumatic valves.
Consumables include hydrocarbon solvent (added as needed based on cleaning volume), filter cartridges (≈15 pieces/month for 10μ/5μ filters), heat transfer oil (140L replacement every 2500 working hours), and vacuum pump lubricating oil (0.2L check/addition every 200 hours). These costs are predictable, aiding in production budget planning.
Installation requires specific site conditions: an indoor space with a temperature range of 5-38℃ and floor load capacity ≥400kg/m². The machine’s overall footprint needs a 1-meter maintenance clearance around it for easy access. Utility connections include a 3-phase 380V main power supply (connected to the control cabinet terminal), a φ12mm compressed air pipe (linked to the top/side of the cleaner), and a φ180mm exhaust pipe (for the built-in 400W multi-blade exhaust fan, requiring on-site installation to outdoor). A 20HP air-cooled industrial chiller (φ51mm pipe connection) is integrated to control solvent temperature, ensuring safe operation.
