Each tank of the HS-6384MF is engineered for durability and functional specificity, catering to different cleaning stages. The 1# and 2# degassing tanks (SUS304 2mm plates) are built for rough cleaning, with three-sided ultrasonic transducers (bottom and sides) to maximize energy transfer. The transducers’ hard chrome plating resists corrosion from hydrocarbon solvents, extending their lifespan. A 400W variable-frequency oscillation motor agitates the basket, enhancing solvent contact with part surfaces.
The 3# and 4# vacuum precision tanks use thicker SUS304 10mm plates to withstand high vacuum pressure, with 20mm aluminum tank lids opened/closed by SMC cylinders for airtight sealing. Their dual-frequency ultrasonic (28KHz/40KHz) allows switching between lower frequencies (for heavy dirt) and higher frequencies (for delicate parts), ensuring versatility. The filtration systems here are upgraded: 10μ for 3# and 1μ for 4#, removing even fine particles to meet strict cleanliness requirements.
The 5# and 6# vacuum drying tanks (also SUS304 10mm plates) focus on efficient drying. They use hydrocarbon vapor (90-130℃) for steam bathing, preheating parts to accelerate drying, then rely on high vacuum (Cuiman RT0.30S roots pumps + CNST VG155 liquid-ring pumps) to trigger the boiling effect, evaporating solvent in minutes. A liquid collection pan (201 stainless steel, 1.5mm thick) is installed at the machine’s base to catch spills, protecting the workshop floor and preventing slips.
