High-Temperature Resistant Automatic Anodizing Line with Steam Heating for Aluminum Degreasing & Coloring

Our high-temperature resistant automatic anodizing line is specifically engineered for demanding aluminum surface treatment processes requiring elevated temperatures for degreasing and coloring operations.

Key Features:

Chemical degreasing tank constructed from 3mm 304 stainless steel with steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) reaching 80-90℃ for effective oil removal
50mm rock wool insulation layer with 1mm 304 stainless steel outer cover to minimize heat loss
Four coloring tanks (3mm 304 stainless steel) with steam heating maintained at 50-60℃ for optimal color absorption
Reinforced A3 steel frames with heat-resistant paint to prevent deformation
20HP air-cooled chillers for rapid cooling of anodizing tanks to 15-20℃
Omron PLC control system for automatic steam flow and chiller operation adjustment
Heat-resistant gaskets and electrical wiring for safe operation
PP duct exhaust system for fume removal
