2.2. Industrial pure water machine System requirements for the outside world

 

1. 1. Water inlet pipe: the water inlet pipe is led by the buyer to the water making station;

 

2. 2. Power cable: The Buyer shall provide three-phase five-wire (380V±10%) power to the seller's distribution cabinet. Other levels of power required by the control system shall be resolved by the Seller. Power frequency: 50±5% HZ;

3. Industrial pure water machine Solution and design concept

 

3.1. Functional description

 

1. 1. PLC+ touch screen automatic control mode, stable and reliable, exquisite and beautiful, one-button start, simple and convenient operation.

 

2. 2. Humanized 3D design, in line with ergonomics; touch screen, switch, instrument and meter are set at a high position, in line with the average height of Chinese people for convenient manual operation.

3.2. Industrial pure water machine on-site installation

 

1. 1. Implement the installation and commissioning of the system according to the construction schedule, and report the construction progress of the project to the supervision personnel of the client every morning.

 

2. 2. During the construction process, the construction shall be carried out in accordance with the confirmed design drawings. If there is any discrepancy between the site environment and the drawings, the system change contact letter shall be submitted actively.

5. Industrial pure water machine system process description

The water flows from the raw water tank to the raw water pump, then through quartz sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and softening resin. It then passes through a security filter, a high-pressure pump, and a first-stage RO unit. The purified water is stored in a tank equipped with a transfer pump for individual use. It then moves to a second-stage high-pressure pump, followed by a second-stage RO system, a second-stage water tank, an EDI booster pump, a 0.22µm micro-porous membrane filter, a TOC remover, an EDI electrodialysis deionization device, UV sterilization, and finally reaches the ultra-pure water point of use
