This surface conditioning agent is specifically designed for pretreatment before dyeing in anodizing processes. It effectively prevents poor dyeing results caused by acid release in complex components with blind holes and threaded holes. The solution minimizes issues such as whitening and mottling from insufficient water washing, reduces oxidation solution contamination, and extends dye service life. It delivers exceptional dyeing performance, particularly for die-cast aluminum with porous surfaces.

  • During storage, this product may form lumps and undergo slight discoloration - this does not affect performance
  • Crush into powder before use to ensure complete dissolution
  • Avoid long-term immersion as it may cause oxide film deterioration
  • Stirring improves solubility and produces bubbles - ultrasonic combination enhances effectiveness
  • Initial tank concentration (50g/L) yields PH ~2.0 - monitor and adjust PH regularly due to acid/alkali carryover
  • Solution may gradually turn brown over time without affecting performance
