Automated Powder Coating Line with Remote Monitoring

Our Automated Powder Coating Line with remote monitoring provides convenient operation and real-time performance tracking. The built-in monitoring system enables operators to monitor line performance from any location using mobile devices or computers. The modular design ensures straightforward installation and maintenance, making it ideal for multi-site operations and remote production optimization. Suitable for coating diverse products including metal tanks and plastic components.

The powder supply center is engineered for rapid color change operations, replacing traditional powder supply buckets. External integrated powder pump groups facilitate easier cleaning. Powder is poured into the fluidized powder tank and transported via integrated powder pumps to supply the spray guns.

Equipped with an efficient vibrating screen (60 mesh), the system screens recovered powder to separate contaminants and large particles, ensuring only clean powder enters the supply center. As an integral component of the quick color change system, the powder supply center directly impacts final product spray quality and serves as the core of automated production.

Automated Powder Coating Process Flow

Loading → Spray pre-degreasing and residue removal → Main degreasing (swimming + ultrasonic + heating cleaning) → Spray water washing (I) → Spray water washing (II) → Activation by swimming → Spray washing (3) → Spray washing (4), swim lay type passivation, spray washing (5) → Spray washing (6) → Pure water cleaning + adjustable automatic blow water, water drainage, dehydration drying furnace, natural cooling, online roast → Under belt anti-pull installation baked → PP board automatic coating powder spraying cabinet → Hurricane recovery powder supply center → Secondary recovery system → Grinding cabinet → Curing oven drying → Natural cooling → QC inspection → Unloading → Packaging
