This high-speed automatic powder coating machine features a recirculating powder system with a remarkable 98% powder recovery rate. Operating at speeds of 1500-2500 pieces per hour, it's ideal for mass-produced consumer electronics, toys, and home appliances. The intelligent control panel allows for quick parameter adjustments, while the compact structure makes it suitable for factories with limited floor space.

Automated Powder Coating Line Components

The powder spraying system includes: fully automatic recovery powder spraying cabinet, large cyclone recovery system, air supply center, automatic spraying reciprocating machine, manual spraying station, secondary powder recovery system, and automatic/manual powder spraying guns.
