Designed specifically for the automotive industry, our heavy-duty automated powder coating equipment features a magnetic conveyor system that securely transports automotive parts without scratching. The high-pressure electrostatic spraying system ensures strong powder-to-part attraction for dense, even coatings.

This robust system handles automotive components weighing up to 800kg with production speeds ranging from 0.8-3.5m/min. Ideal for coating car frames, wheels, engine parts, and other automotive components in manufacturing plants.
