Heating and cooling system
5-1 Heating system:
The heating control components are centrally located in the main control cabinet, operating independently. A total of 7 sets of temperature control systems are installed along the entire line, with steam heating pipes configured according to the requirements of each functional slot on the production line. Natural gas is used for heating, and the heating control components are centrally placed in the main control cabinet, operating independently. The inlet steam pipe is made of seamless ¢65×3.5mm steel, the branch pipe is ¢32×3.5mm, ¢25×3.5mm, and the return steam pipe is also made of seamless ¢65×3.5mm steel. High-temperature ball valves DN32 and imported electromagnetic valves are installed, and the pipes are insulated with silica fume. Steam filters are installed at the front end of all electromagnetic valves to ensure effective filtration and precise temperature control. The buyer should install a pressure reduction device on the main steam inlet pipe to ensure safety. The steam source is provided by the customer.
5-2 Cooling system:(This production line is equipped with 3 refrigerators)
