Spray Cleaning Equipment Overview:

Uses neutral detergent and 190bar spray to clean titanium aerospace parts. The corrosion-resistant structure suits titanium, and the vacuum dryer (0.1mbar) prevents oxidation. Meets aerospace standards, removing machining oil and ensuring part integrity, critical for aircraft components.

 

Cleaning requirements Reference(residues):

1. Total weight less than or equal to 4.5mg

2. Metal diameter less than or equal to 600um

3. Non-metallic diameter less than or equal to 1800um

4. Fiber length is less than or equal to 4000um

5. After cleaning, there should be no watermark on the surface (with pure water machine), and it should be completely dry (blind hole)
