It integrates seamless cleaning (high-pressure spray + ultrasonic wash + pure water rinse) and drying (wind cut + hot air dry) in one continuous system, eliminating the need for separate equipment or manual transfer.

From design, installation to staff training, we handle every step to match your production scale (800-1200 parts/hour). The stainless steel mesh belt conveyor (adjustable speed 1-3m/min) ensures stable part transport, while PLC control maintains consistent cleaning/drying quality.

Ø The equipment frame is made of imported stainless steel square tube and profile.

Ø The equipment tank and chamber are made of imported SUS304L plate with a thickness of 2.5mm respectively. The equipment door panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the front side front panel is transparent tempered glass window with T=5mm.

Ø PLC uses "Mitsubishi" series.

Ø Frequency converter and driver are delta brand; touch screen (10") Taiwan Weilun brand /MCGS
