Engineered with a reinforced chamber to accommodate bulky 5-ton components, it features high-pressure automatic spray systems (1.0-1.5MPa) with 360° rotatable nozzles, ensuring thorough rinsing of grease, machining chips, and rust from even hidden cavities. The natural gas heating system rapidly heats rinsing water to 40-80℃ (adjustable), boosting cleaning efficacy while cutting energy costs by 30% compared to electric heating.

The fully automated workflow—from part loading to rinsing and draining—minimizes labor requirements and ensures consistent results. Ideal for heavy equipment, mining, and construction machinery sectors, this customized solution safeguards part integrity, accelerates production cycles, and aligns with cost-saving objectives.
