Equipped with built-in oil separation and solvent regeneration systems, this cleaner significantly boosts operational efficiency.

Advanced Vacuum Cleaning Technology

The vacuum cleaning technology enables deep penetration into blind holes and crevices, effectively removing stubborn grease, oil, and metal shavings while minimizing solvent evaporation. The integrated oil separation system automatically separates contaminants from hydrocarbon solvent, preventing recontamination and extending solvent lifespan.

Distillation Regeneration & Solvent Reuse System

The HS-6364MFG model integrates a 150L distillation regeneration system that reduces solvent costs and environmental impact by reusing hydrocarbon cleaning agents. Operating on the principle of boiling point differences under negative pressure, the system vaporizes solvent while leaving high-boiling oil and mechanical impurities for disposal.
