Standard Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaner with Oil Separation & Solvent Regeneration
Overview Of Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaner:
Distillation Regeneration & Solvent Reuse System:
The HS-6364MFG integrates a 150L distillation regeneration system, a key feature that reduces solvent costs and environmental impact by reusing hydrocarbon cleaning agents. The system operates on the principle of boiling point differences: contaminated solvent (mixed with oil and impurities) is heated to the solvent’s boiling point (but below the oil’s boiling point) under negative pressure (vacuum), causing the solvent to vaporize. The vapor is then condensed back into pure solvent, while high-boiling oil and mechanical impurities remain at the bottom of the distillation tank for disposal.
The distillation tank uses indirect heating via heat transfer oil (24KW independent electric heating packs for steam generation, 9KW for distillation), controlled by Omron E5CC temperature modules to maintain stable temperatures. An Orank WD-series high-temperature pump (1.5KW for steam, 0.75KW for distillation) circulates the heat transfer oil, ensuring uniform heating and energy efficiency. The negative pressure environment lowers the solvent’s boiling point, reducing energy consumption compared to atmospheric distillation and preventing solvent oxidation.
This system significantly extends solvent lifespan: instead of discarding used solvent, it is regenerated and reused, cutting procurement costs by 30-50% (depending on usage volume). It also aligns with environmental regulations by minimizing hazardous waste, making the HS-6364MFG a sustainable choice for eco-conscious manufacturers. The distillation unit is easy to maintain, with accessible valves and drains for periodic cleaning of residual impurities.
